"I stayed for 4 full days. The area that the hotel is located is very safe and quiet. The train station is about a 5 minute walk which makes it easy to head downtown or to any district for that matter. There is a small market (grocery store) which is right next door about a 1 minute walk when exiting the building to your left. "Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
