"Great location for harbour, beach, shopping, buses etc. Free off street parking. Clean room and bathroom. Room with fridge, tea and coffe and tv, comfortable bed with sheet as well as duvet which was welcomed, and had fan in room. Breakfast was really excellent, lots of choice cereal fresh fruit yogurt breads plus cooked or continental. Chris and Jackie very welcoming and went out of their way to help us. Would recommend."

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...

Only thing odd was hotels.com send an email saying never give money and then the hotel sent an email asking for a bank transfer deposit to a personal account (not the name of the hotel). We rang to double check and they said it was legitimate but optional, we didn’t transfer the money and didn’t have any issue."
