"Loved this place. Staff was the nicest staff I’ve ever had at a hotel and the place was super cute and unique. Had a very tropical vibe to it and I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area again. Only issue is no elevator but the staff was happy to carry our bags up to our rooms and back down when we checked out so it wasn’t a big deal. Wonderful place to stay!"

"We loved our stay at this hotel which was a family holiday for 8 days. We booked two of the larger rooms (one double one single in each) as we were four (parents and children aged 19,21). The rooms were great with one of them semi divided down the middle. We could see the biggest rooms could take a family of 4 with younger children and those had the balcony. The hotel price is good - much less than central Calagari and with a car we had easy access to the city with a 15 min drive. The beach was 2 mins drive or 15-20 mins walk and was a nice beach with some restaurants. Other nicer beaches to the east were 20 mins drive which were good for snorkelling. There were restaurants nearby but we preferred to drive to the city and eat there most days. We visited a small winery town one day (Serdiana) and did a mountains walk. The hotel doesn’t have great views but not a big issue - it was quiet and the hotel had feee parking. The aircon was fine although we never had really hot weather. It may have struggled more in 36-40c. The staff were very helpful and room service great- all very clean. The breakfast we only had one day - it was fine but we didn’t want much so found a nice place opposite that did coffee and pastries for a good price. Most restaurants are good prices for pizza / pasta unless you go very fancy. Drinks are quite cheap and ice creams. As a UK family it was nice to go somewhere not so populated with Brits. The mini bar was useful as a fridge. Thank you Best Western!"

"Checking into the hotel was a nightmare and exhausting so during my first day I was not happy . However my family and I had a great experience overall but some strange payments for example sun beds on the beach when I’ve paid thousands of pounds for 5 adults and two rooms this doesn’t not make sense . The room cleaners and staff in general were brilliant and the hotel must have an enormous number of staff . There are plenty of beautiful natural areas to walk around and the beach is amazing and the blue ocean is stunning . All of my friends were telling me to go to the North East of Sardinia but honestly it was beautiful "
