This spacious home is based in a great location which is 2 miles away from city centre. This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms for 5 guests, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, dedicated office space with a private garden and driveway which will make you feel like you're at home.
Located within the heart of city centre, just south of the River Trent, Wilford is a fantastic village in Nottingham city with great transport links.
The space
There are local shops, supermarkets and pubs nearby all in walking distance.
The Tailors Arms, gastropub is located on Wilford Lane, which is a 2 minute walk from the house. On the same road, you will also find an award winning Fish and Chip shop (The Cods Scallops), Lidl supermarket and a Starbucks for the coffee lovers. The Ferry Inn Pub is a 10 minute walk down the main road towards the River Trent, which is a firm favourite of all locals .
West Bridgford, is a 20 minute leisurely walk or 5 minute drive that has many great restaurants, bars and lovely independent shops. Nottingham City Centre can be reached in 10 minutes on the local bus and tram, which has stops within walking distance from the property.
Nottingham's 2 football grounds (Forest and County) and the world renowned Trent Bridge Cricket Ground are a 15 minute walk from the property, and this area is surrounded by some of the areas best pubs and eateries.
Free parking is available in a private driveway for 2 cars.\

Standard check-in time is 3.00pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11.00am.

Please note that a fee of £100.00 will be charged for lost keys or keys left inside the property, please be careful with them. There will also be a £100.00 charge if the car parking permit is lost and needs to be replaced.
My property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and soap.

We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
They will be on hand 24/7 to answer any questions you may have about any potential bookings, as well as during your stay should you need anything. They will also assist in the check in and check out process to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
