Great location - so many restaurants/pubs within walking distance
The location of the property was within walking distance to the train and a plethora of restaurants/pubs. It is a small flat and the pictures make it seem a bit bigger than actual. The cleanliness was not what we typically find in flats we have previously rented so a bit disappointed, but we didn’t spend much time in the flat during our trip. The owner was very responsive to any issues we had and was appreciated . Flat is up two flights of stairs so if be prepared for cardio if you have more than a carry on. We love Nottingham so our stay was magical.

The property is in an excellent location.Walk out the front door and there is a restaurant and pub right in front of you. There were however a number of negatives which were as follows:- 1. No instructions for any of the kitchen appliances and the TV didn’t work. 2. In one of the bathrooms there was no plug for the sink. 3. The shower in that bathroom had low water pressure. 4. The toilet seat was extremely loose 5. There was damp on the walls in that bathroom.

Fabulous stay in Lace Market
Perfectly located in a great neighborhood. Incredibly easy access to tram, restaurants, train station etc. Apartment was clean, quiet and just what we wanted for a great week.
