"Good location and quite a large breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly but majority speak no English and having a multilingual staff is part of why I picked the hotel. The wifi is very slow (less than 10Mbps). But the biggest problem is cleanliness - the first room I was assigned had stained sheets so I had to switch rooms. The second morning, my towels were replaced with stained towels. And on my third day, housekeeping completely forgot to clean my room despite my being gone all day."

"O atendimento dos funcionários é maravilhoso, super prestativos. Minha neném vomitou duas vezes por causa da viagem e eles prontamente trocaram as roupas de cama. O estacionamento é bem acessível só não é coberto. O sistema de segurança deles é com reconhecimento facial e tem lavandaria. Já o café da manhã é o básico do básico, com pães dormidos, café frio e na segunda-feira nem bolo tinha e o abacaxi era velho, a iluminação do quarto bem ruim, não tem serviço de quarto no final de semana,...
