"Beware, photos can be deceiving - this apt is very worn out and a bit rustic throughout. And that’s not the worst part, though the apt is swept cleaned, the furnishings are dirty with a lot of food stains in the sofa and rugs. We had to wear socks to avoid getting black feet. Our stay was for two days - when we checked in, the apt was very warm, the patio door was left wide opened without any screen door to cool the place down but then a lot of flies and mosquitoes came in and we spent the...

"Cute 2 bedroom with modern feel. Compact. Walking to all local grocery stores and amenities. Suburb outside Halifax. Easy parking. Unit is in a prior commercial or retail space so not best outside appeal but was quiet and safe while we were there 2 days. Other units in the building. Good value. Clean and comfortable. "

"Great location. Lots of fun places to eat within walking distances, superstore, liquor store, pubs coffee shops!! Washer & Dryer were great onsite and very convenient for us. Beds were cozy. Kitchen amenities are basic but that’s all you need. Parking was a breeze too. "

"We wanted a weekend get away to enjoy the local Christmas Markets and couldn’t have asked for a better location. We were within walking distant to the downtown core and minutes away from the wineries hosting the markets. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. "The apartment was spacious but cozy at the same time. It was well located for exploring the area on foot and also driving. We appreciated the breakfast items that were thoughtfully provided. You can hear the family a little but you are staying in an apartment so that is to be expected. "Clean, quiet and sunny attic apartment. Communication was poor among the many subcontractors; signed a contract that was the revealed to say only 'TBD', no welcoming e-mail with door code until I asked for it the day of our arrival, welcoming e-mail had a very negative tone with its list of charges for infractions of the rules including not separating the recycling properly, my single request for an extra 2 mugs and if possible a teapot went unanswered. "We had a lovely stay in this apartment in the Flower Streets area of Dartmouth. Easy walk to bus stop or to the ferry. Well located and lovely and quiet. Very nicely presented apartment and we really appreciated the wee basket of treats."

"Hot tub great. Lighting could have been better. Kitchenette area dark to work in and only had one plug for 4 appliances, made cooking difficult. No TV channels."

"Good sized bedrooms w/ good mattresses, 5 minute walk to ferry; row of restaurants 3 blocks away but kitchen trash can was full, floors were dirty. No curtain on best room facing main street, bathroom smells,closets and shelves are mostly full, kitchen has no stove or hot plate."

"The building seemed a bit run down on first impression. It was also somewhat difficult to find as the address was number 30 but the house had different numbers at the front. However once we figured it out, the parking was great and the apartment was very nice. We found several places to eat within an easy walk. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion is the couch in the living room is not very comfortable and sags when you sit down. "
