"We had a wonderful stay at Bellevall Hotel in Aspe! We spent two nights here, and thanks to Yolanda and Elias, it turned into an unforgettable experience. Yolanda greeted us with a big smile and endless patience, especially with our very limited Spanish. She made sure we felt welcome and taken care of at all times. And Elias – what a magician in the kitchen! He served us one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Both of them went above and beyond to make our stay special, and they truly succeeded....

"El Pao was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. However there were some things that we did not expect. I stayed in the room with the bubble. I think it’s important to note that the only access to the room with the bubble are spiral stairs, not horrible but not also the best. I had the idea that this would be a “bed in breakfast” but because the room could only be accessed by the spiral stairs, the breakfast could not be brought up to the room. "Amazing customer service, very friendly and helpful, no language barrier as the receipion staff spoke English well. Went out of their way to lend me a phone charger plug. Place was the perfect location to Alicante University, clean and quiet, easy access on tram to city centre. Good selection of buffet breakfast and again friendly staff. Would stay again!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! The lack of communication is terrible: the did not contact us regarding the check in, we arrived 9 pm and no reception, no answer from anyone. We could stay at the hotel the night we paid. Also if you arrived before 9 pm you have to paid 15 euros just for your late check in - insane."
