Near Novi Marof, situated on a hill with a magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding idyllic countryside, this fantastic vacation home welcomes you. The spacious house is spread over three floors, whose large panoramic windows not only let plenty of sunlight inside, but also promise you a magnificent view. While you can gather for games, fun and good food on the top two floors, you can pursue your wellness program on the lowest floor. Enjoy time in the sauna or hot tub and step out on the terrace and jump into the swimming pool in the garden. Several terraces invite you to spend time in the garden, as well as the brick barbecue with seating area, ideal for social evenings.



Explore the surrounding area and reach a fishing lake and public outdoor pools nearby. As an active holidaymaker and nature lover, you will be pleased with the numerous cycling and hiking trails in the area, where you can admire the facets of the beautiful landscape. Your children will enjoy a visit to the go-kart track, while the adults will love to visit one of the numerous wineries. Also taste local delicacies in the many restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity and get to know the culture and enjoyment of the region!

Wir haben als Familie zu fünft 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr modern eingerichtet und lichtdurchflutet. Alles war sauber. Es kaum sogar regelmäßig jemand und hat den Pool gereinigt. Einfach nur traumhaft und perfekt um zu entspannenLeider ist das Duschen etwas abenteuerlich, da das Wasser nur schlecht abläuft und somit oft mit ins Bad fließt. Die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen im Erdgeschoss sind leider nicht ausreichend um das gesamte Haus zu klimatisierten, so dass gerade die Schlafräume teilweise sehr heiß sind. Verdunkelungsrollos würden hier sicherlich auch schon Abhilfe schaffen.Wir hatten insgesamt einen traumhaften Urlaub in einem wundervollem Haus.
