"First the positive: this is a fine hotel with nice facilities and nice beach access within walking distance of Novigrad center. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Good spa / gym. The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower. The hairs in the bathroom I noticed when I arrived but...

"Everything was amazing except the receptionist needs a crash course in customer service. "Yes" is no way to greet a guest might as well say "what do you want you are bothering me". Guest would like to feel more welcome."

"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. "We recently stayed at Mirana Family Village and while there were some positives, there were also several negatives. Positives: We stayed in a mobile home, which was spacious and well-appointed, with two bathrooms and quality crockery and cutlery.
