Newly built holiday home lake view (built in spring 2017) for 10 persons on a water property with beach, jetty and direct access to Nuwarper lake for our guests of both cottages lake view and sea eagles (90 meters distance from the house Seeblick). Without leaving the property you can do water sports or fishing or just enjoy the romantic sunset on the water and let your mind wander. An ideal place with family and friends as well as dogs to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the beach and water. Nearby (2 km away) is the beautifully restored town of Nowe Warpno (Neuwarp). Here there is the possibility in the restaurants delicious food or shopping. A beautiful promenade leads around the city. There you can go for a nice walk or use the fitness equipment on the fitness area. The view from the windows on the Neuwarper lake is unique and invites you to linger. It is 20 km to the border and 35 km to Szczecin. Be enchanted by the picturesque view of the lake and the surrounding nature. The Ückermünder Heide is 500 meters away.
