Resort Style backyard including professional PICKLEBALL COURT and HOT TUB.
10/10 Excellent
"Our stay here did not disappoint! We definitely overpacked in terms of the household items we needed. The house was neat, the pool, which was bigger than in the pictures, was clean and the pickle ball court was awesome! We literally did not need to leave the house for anything. There was so much space outside for eating, the grill and Blackstone were put to good use and so was the hot tub. It felt like we were in a resort. The backyard is super spacious, even with the pool and court. So, there was plenty of room for other activities. Dan was super nice and responsive to any questions we had. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."
"We treated ourselves to room service one rainy night and it was great. The housekeeping staff was attentive and professional, one young woman offered to help get my bag upstairs!
Super location for my needs of daily Tracy Anderson studio work
Lovely spot"
"The house was perfect for our extended family vacation. There are 7 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The house is very spacious and allowed several people quiet places to work from home. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you need to cook. The house also is fully stocked with everything from towels to toys for toddles and games to play in the evening. Finally, the owner is very easy to contact and responds quickly. There are private beaches that we walked to in order to watch sunset every night."
Expansive Sag Harbor Estate with Pool, Tennis, Hot Tub, Close to Sag Harbor...
2/10 Terrible
"The house is advertised as having a “Pool with tennis and hot tub,” but not one of those facilities were available during our visit. Granted, the fine print states that the pool and tub are for the summer only (like who needs a hot tub in the summer?), but we specifically inquired about the tennis in advance and were told it was ready. Imagine the disappointment of my tennis-loving family when we discovered that the court was unplayable! The surface resembled a sand pit and was not at all serviceable. Had we known beforehand that was the case, we would have booked a different property closer to the beach. We brought this to the attention of the managing agent but, even after multiple attempts, they did not provide an adequate response. Renters beware!"
