"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you...
"Clean and close to everything. Spacious bedroom and beds. Would be nice to have a microwave in the room and a small table to eat leftovers. Overall, our stay was great. "
"Amazing location within walking distance of major tourist spots including calle crisologo and staff are really nice and helpful. The rooms are spacious with good air conditioning and hot water, and it has that old vigan charm. Cons: the water pressure and wifi signal aren’t very good. "

"I give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise.
They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard.
The breakfast was good and standard Filipino -log style. Nescafe 3 in 1 for coffee. No coffee in the rooms. Met some nice fellow guests. Has a decent hangout area by the pool.
Just remember I gave them 5 stars because they claim they are a 2 star hotel so my expectations were lower and I was very happy."
