"We weren't expecting much from a budget hotel, but on this occassion, RedDoorz failed to meet even our basic expectations. The main issue was that we booked a room with a king-sized bed, but when we got there, the room was not available. So my wife and I were downgraded to a smaller room with two twin-sized beds. "Why were we able to book that room online if it wasn't available?" I asked the single staff on premises. He shrugged in response. "Can we at least be given a refund?" "No," was...

"It's a sudden/late check in for my family. They let us check in even though it's late, the owner is nice, very accommodated and he communicates with you. The property is big and comfortable, it's very clean. They gave us the things we needed like a Van Transpo, it's also available."

"I don’t know if it was due to the Coronavirus, but there weren’t many people here and we had it all to ourselves. Everything about this place was really nice. The restaurant had really good food and amazing views. It was pretty windy so we weren’t able to enjoy the free water activities as much as we would like, but the staff were very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good time. We really enjoyed our stay here. "
