"We stayed at Hilton surfers paradise during Cyclone Alfred, in fact with flight cancellations we are still staying at the Hilton. They’ve been absolutely amazing, we came over for my son’s 9th birthday and the staff were absolutely amazing. It didn’t matter which staff we dealt with they were awesome! They went above & beyond for my son’s birthday!! I would recommend the Hilton to everyone!! We have a 3 bedroom apartment for the 5 of us (4 Adults, 1 child) it’s an amazing set up and has worked extremely well for us! I can’t thank all the staff that have been here working rather than being at home safe with their families and looking after their homes. "

"We stayed at Qube for a girls’ weekend in March and were so happy with the accommodation. Huge living areas, decent balconies with great views, especially the beach side. Everything was clean and easy to access. Reception staff were so helpful. After hours checkin was so easy and we also had a late flight out and were able to stay and use the pool etc after checkout. Aircon in each bedroom was also really helpful as it was quite warm when we stayed. Also great location. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars within 200m. And plenty more if you want to explore. 5 min walk to the beach and oasis shopping centre, or the lightrail stop to surfers. Also only a short walk to pacific fair. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Rooms a little dated but clean, staff for check in was fantastic, area is great .... the balcony is a good bonus walls are thin, you can hear the room upstairs and on the sides, and on the lower level considering the open air club across the hotel, can get noisy ... Overall very happy with the hotel!"
