"
A lovely and luxurious stay. The buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious, and the spa is really spectacular. The staff was also remarkably generous and helpful. What a perfect way to begin our travels in Taiwan."
"It is a very neat and clean place. We enjoyed a wonderful hot spring bath. The location is very convenient. You can taste local snacks in the surrounding market. It is highly recommended."
"The room was clean and the most important thing of all, the bathroom is huge and perfect for the private hot spring! It would be nice if they could provide thicker towels but other than that, it's perfect for a peaceful stay with lots of hot spring sessions."
"Surprised pleasant at such bargain rate!
Check in was easy, room was clean, hot spring in room, very good breakfast, excellent location, easy to walk around all attractions, and hold our luggages all day until we came back, will stay here again when we revisit this area."

"Unique - Underground subs.
The Concord area may need more rest amenities like sofas. "
"We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "
"Hotel is super clean and well located. Walking distance to the local features and food spot.
Staff were very friendly. Joyce was very friendly, and thoughtful. My wife wasn’t feeling well, she take a special trip to visit her and brought her drinks to see how she was doing. Can’t express the gratitude, and detail to attention all staff committed too. "
The hottest part of the Datunshan Volcano Group bubbles, spits and sprays sulfuric steam around the fenced walkway and pavilion of this exceptional park.
