"Great time in Grand Rapids. House size was great for four adults. Property could use some updates, but communication with owner was easy and house had everything we needed as we ate out most meals and really only slept there."

"Despite some issues in cleanliness and items working (hot tub, fire pit) this was a wonderful stay. The reason I still give 5 stars is that they were very response and easy to work with to fix all problems and accommodate appropriately.
