It may be a seasonal thing but at 6:30 pm could not find anyone who was responsible for the dining area—and there were t many guests who looked like they were interested in dining in the first place, that is to say there was no one else looking to dine that we saw.

Very nice hotel very clean inside. I’m not a fan of the room with the inside views I wish they did a up keep on the curtains because it didn’t close all the way to my liking but over all it was very quiet in the hotel.

First of all the check-in experience they could not even get my credit card to work for the mandatory incidental charge wasn't my credit card it was their machine then the first room they gave me I can't even describe the scenario with being able to see in and out of the room (privacy) the next room had damages on the wall damages on the furniture then they tried to charge me for breakfast which was supposed to be included in my reservation it was a fiasco.

Ive been booking there for years when in town. Mrs Morales, & the rest of the staff are like family. 👍 They take great care of me & my concerns. I hope all of them @ the front desk will receive a well deserved promotion. Without great customer service an hotel cannot survive successfully! They do just that & beyond!
