This convenient first-floor corner studio is ready and waiting to make your Martha's Vineyard vacation memorable with a shared pool and Har-Tru clay tennis courts, as well as easy access to the beach.

You'll be situated in the Island Inn community on the edge of Farm Neck Golf Club, so if you a golfer, you'll love this accommodation. Take the half-mile stroll to Joseph Sylvia State Beach for plenty of fun in the sun, or travel one mile north to Inkwell Beach. A variety of dining options and attractions are also nearby in central Oak Bluffs.

When you aren't at the beach, hanging out by the pool, or perfecting your swing on the tennis court, enjoy time at this condo, complete with a large cable TV and free WiFi. Cooking is made easy with a full kitchenette, featuring a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and a coffee maker. The kitchenette includes silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils.

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers, a picnic and barbecue area, as well as a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed in 6B. The "property grounds" themselves are really lovely and the staff is friendly, but the "condo"... Well, that's another story. It needs serious help. The images of the condo look decent, but in person, it's incredibly unappealing and not at all convenient. The room is dark, with only 1 lamp between the beds. The baseboards and wall trim are coming off and the carpet is worn and torn in places. The bathroom is tiny and dank with a leaky tub faucet, cracked, moldy caulking, and chipped, stained wall paint. In the bathroom, there is zero space to put anything and the hairdryer looks like they dug it out of a dumpster. There are no hooks or additional rods to hang wet towels and no shelving to place toiletries. It's the kind of room where you don't want to touch anything because it's just gross. That being said, the staff did a nice job tidying up every day the best they could but it is difficult to make this space look fresh.

A great place had a great location
We really enjoyed our stay with you but we did not get any contact information such as a phone number. We did not know how to check in did not talk with anyone on what we needed to do in order to get our key to enter. We loved being so close to town and right across the street from the beach.

Decent accommodation at fair price
Location is near Oak Bluffs, but away from the craziness of downtown. Minor issues in room; Ants (maintenance gave me spray and I sprayed entire room/problem solved), oven doesn't work, handles on pans falling off. Pool is nice and a 50 foot walk from room. Another 50 feet takes you to "Nomans" restaurant. Grounds are well maintained. Fair room at a fair price for MV.
