Take a short stroll over to the beach to watch the sunrise and then head north just a mile-and-a-half to visit the adorable town of Oak Bluffs. Walk among 19th-century gingerbread cottages, ride the Flying Horses Carousel, the oldest working carousel in the United States, climb to the top of the East Chop lighthouse, and then dine in one of several local restaurants. Adjacent to your rental, visiting golfers will want to challenge the 18 spectacular holes of the gorgeous, semi-private, Farm Neck Golf Club.

Perfect for a romantic getaway, this first-floor condo has free WiFi to let you stay connected with friends and family back home, a flatscreen, cable TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette (including silverware, plates, cups, cooking pans, and utensils).

Other amenities include shared washers/dryers and a firepit area. Tennis courts, plus racquets, and ball rentals are available at the Pro Shop. Tennis is available from May 15th through October. The seasonal pool is guaranteed to be open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. There is also a lovely on-site restaurant that is unaffiliated with the Island Inn.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
