The property is nestled minutes away from the Oak Bluffs ferry terminal, Town Beach, Inkwell Beach, and numerous shops and restaurants. Fun in the sun continues right at Frazier Circle as the property boasts ample outdoor living space and a screened-in gazebo equipped with a hot tub.

Inside, you'll have no issues getting cozy amidst the vaulted ceilings and warm wood finishes in the open living rooms. With gas fireplaces, oversized sofas, and smart TVs, these spaces are perfect for peaceful evenings in. Breezy cooking sessions are inevitable in well-equipped kitchens, framed by gleaming tile backsplashes.

With five bedrooms to sprawl out in, rest assured that no one's comfort will go unattended to with soft linens and ceiling fans adorning each. Partial air-conditioning and internet access tie together the stellar list of amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
