"Staff were great. Walls of the room could stand to have a magic eraser taken to them. Towels left little fiber residue all over after use and bed sheets weren’t that soft. Breakfast left something to be desired. But overall, a decent and safe place to stay for a night if passing through the Chicago area."

"Great hotel experience! Near the park, the river, the Art Museum. Nearby self parking with hotel discount was very manageable. Staff was very nice and helpful. The L running on Wabash is a bit noisy, but the double windows made it immaterial. We’d happily stay here again."
