Mid-week Lake Front vacation

We truly enjoyed our time on Lake Erie. Being right on the water was really great. The enclosed porch was a lovely location for our morning coffee.Our dog definitely loved walking alone the beach.Overall, we had a great time relaxing and exploring the area. We would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to explore Lake Erie.

Great place with a great view!

My wife and I visited this property for a long weekend getaway. The house was very clean and we loved being so close to the water. Although the weather didn’t cooperative during our stay, we will definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful place

Quiet, perfect view of the lake. Beach and neighborhood quiet and secure. Saw many birds including one the dove into the water and emerged with a fish. Good for the soul.

Enjoying the Lake

View of the Lake is absolutely stunning. Wish we would have had more time to spend. Would recommend buying some groceries and taking them with you. No dining thats real close that we could find. Overall a very nice stay

Beautiful little getaway

We were very happy with our stay, the house was very clean and the location right on the lake with a beach right outside your patio couldn’t get any better. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. If we had to say one thing at all was the bed in the master bedroom is kinda small for two people but it wouldnt keep us from staying again. Other than that no complaints at all.

Spectacular view

This property is just what was advertised. But, the view I don’t remember it being talked about the way I feel it should be. The view is absolutely beautiful. You are like 15 yards (if that) from Lake Erie.

Great place

A great location...however there are a few things that need assistance...lights....basically none...the main bedroom...double bed...its very hard for a couple to sleep in a double bed. Technically this place feels like a Batchelor/batchelorette house. The bathroom! shew thats small. Very small. Itd be a smart idea to post a better pic of that. Not every one can work with a 2ft square shower...especially babies/small children or the elderly. The retaining wall definitely needs a safe way to get over it! Very hard access to the beach. It rained the night we got there...like alot and that caused issues...no rugs for shoes and no place dry outside so alot of sand was drug in and only a tiny shopvac to sweep it up...the broom didnt do any good with wet sand...so a sweeper?? That'd sure be alot more convenient then standing on your head. We did alot of cooking there and the kitchen lacked especially since there was only 6 spoons...thats barely enough! We really enjoyed having the waves sounds that close

A perfect escape at the lake.

Oak Harbor Waterfront Cottage

Cute cottage so close to the lake we felt like we were on a house boat. Great views from the all season room. Although close to other houses, it felt very private. And close to Port Clinton restaurants and shopping.
