"This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. Also minutes from multiple restaurants, gas and Walmart as well as downtown Fayetteville. Only downside, for me, is that the home was...

"We enjoyed a pleasant getaway for our family of 12. Various age ranges. Lots of activities for all. Enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire pit, foosball, games and hiking in nearby National Park. House was very comfortable and clean. Appreciated the stocked coffee bar and smores and popcorn offerings. Would definitely recommend. "

"Pro: Beautiful area. New River Gorge is amazing. The house had everything you needed with a good layout. We couldn't have a fire due to the drought, but the firepit looked great. Also, because of the drought, the water levels were low but host provide 6 gallons of drinking water. Con: Directions to the property were not helpful and we had to call VRBO twice while driving around for an hour to figure out where to go. "We had a wonderful stay from August 9-17, 2025. The central air conditioning and dishwasher were much appreciated, keeping us comfortable and making cleanup easy. "This is a charming house with tons of amenities. We loved our stay. It was a great home base for our WV adventures, located near many outdoor activities but in a calm, peaceful spot. We loved the firepit, the grills, and the board games (Clue forever!). William was wonderful to work with, very responsive. All the stars!"
