Our go-to vacation cottage
4th year we have stayed here. My sister from Maine & my daughter and i had 14 days of beautiful view, the breezy warm weather. We love lookingat the pier at night with the lights over the water. The beach is peaceful also. A few people walking dogs, some small groups sitting out. We love looking for unique shells! We are planning next years visit here.

Wonderful oceanfront convenience
We stayed at 2 Tortugas for an extended weekend and we had a pleasant experience. The owner, John, was extremely nice and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. It was not peak season during our stay, so no other family was staying in the other side of the property. The outdoor shower was enclosed and very nice! It came in handy to warm up after our polar plunge in the Atlantic!

Awesome stay
Perfect place for fishing at pier. Was very impressed with how well kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook with. Plenty of utensils and pots and pans wasn't all beat up. Will definitely come back. Beds were real comfortable.

Great spot right on the ocean!
Nice little duplex perfect for one or two couples even though it was just the two of us. Everything you need for a couple days on the beach! Can’t really see the surf due to the dunes but easy walk over the dunes on manicured trials. Great deck and kitchen. Would stay there again for sure! Not sure why check in is 5 pm but we adjusted our schedule accordingly and it was fine!

Perfect beach access
Great location and great access to the beach. Very limited privacy once you stepped out of the home onto the porch. Cleaning crew wasn’t the best before our arrival as I immediately had to go through with a vacuum due to all of the sand still everywhere, but otherwise was okay. All was worth it for the location!

Excellent Views. Comfortable House. Old-fashioned check-in process.
This house has great views from the deck, easy access to the beach and comfortable beds. The only draw backs are the house is on the older side (although most of it has been renovated) and check-in required going to a physical office and keeping up with a key all week. Contactless check-in and keyless entry would be nice upgrades. We would stay here again based on that.

When purchasing this rental we didn’t realize that it was a shared deck. That aside, we had a great stay overall and the view was amazing! The host was great!

Christmas get-away
Right on the water. It was just a few steps from waters edge. The sounds of the waves were a pleasant sound to sit back on the porch and listen to. The weather was great. It was 70 degrees on Christmas day with lots of sunshine. Who could ask for more. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking items one would need to cook a great meal and the dishwasher made clean up a breeze. If you like to fish there is a fishing pier just steps away. We look forward to coming back to this place again in the future.

Oak Island Condo
We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The condo was comfortable but is in need of some upgrades. The sliding door is very difficult to open and close. Some issues with electric service causing breakers to trip daily when using kitchen appliances.
