"Great location right near the pier and on the beach! Communication with the owner was prompt and kind. Checking in / out through a local rental agency was do-able. Remember, its a beach rental, linens were dropped in a bag via a cleaning service but everything worked out well. Comfortable enough place, certainly great value for the cost, we'd go back!Bring toilet paper, there was ZERO TP when we arrived "

"The house was perfect for me and my three friends. It was very clean and best of all had a great porch for us to relax and look at the ocean. It was only a few steps to a beautiful beach. It was quiet, peaceful, and also felt safe for all of us. The property manager was wonderful and I feel certain had we had any problems or concerns, she would have addressed them. As it turned out, though, everything was great just as it was. I loved the house and I love Oak Island!"

"The cottage is cozy and has great beach access! We had a small problem with one shower and the property owner was very prompt to get it fixed. We had several pack n plays for babies and were able to fit them in the bedrooms too! There were no stairs inside the cottage so nice for traveling with Littles. We were farther on the west end of the blvd, which put us farther from the main places in town, but still just a short drive. We would definitely stay again! "

"We spent Thanksgiving at this lovely property. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk away, there are close by grocery and seafood shops and the communications with the owner were pleasant and prompt. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well provisioned and easy to work in. We would happily rent this property again!"
