"A lovely trip away for my partners birthday. We had a sea view room and it was exceptional. The British weather can’t be helped but the view was still great. My only struggle was with the parking as it wasn’t super clear where the parking was at the rear. "

"It was ok the bed was very comfortable and spacious,room was ok but signs of damp on ceiling not so good ,had kettle and tea coffee and milk and water and microwave in room ,didn't feel like sitting in living room as it looked like housekeepers belongings at dining table ,shame no breakfast available but you get what you pay for as I enjoyed the comfy bed all to.myself "

"stayed here multiple times in mulitple rooms they are all comfy and cozy the beds are soft with mulitple pillows to choose from, the room also has full sky tv ,the restaurant and bar have plenty of choice of food and drink from wines beers ciders , the staff are top quality assisting you in anyway possible and are just a phone call away using the in room phone "

"When I arrived the staff were polite and friendly, the room was well presented and clean, unfortunately there was a noticeable smell coming from the shower drain. In the evening when I used the stairs there was a fork and some food that had been spilled, this was still there in the morning. I advised the staff at reception and they sorted it."

"I am a visitor from Germany and don’t know Cardiff. This place was very clean and nicely fitted out/decorated, with some nice modern touches which lifted the place above the average and made it feel more cheerful :-) Everything I needed was there. I felt comfortable and safe. Great location with bus stop outside the door and very close to city centre and train station. "Comfortable beds and good showers. Great location just off Queen St. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants and bars and the shopping centres. Parking available very close to the hotel with a very good discount for guests. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast with good and frienedly service."
