Beautiful House but not for winter
This house is beautiful and has amazing views, plus it’s close to Yosemite. With that said, the house was freezing the entire time we stayed there; Despite the heater being set at 74 degrees the temperature never got above 60. The manager said the central heating wouldn’t heat up the house, and provided space heaters, but the vents constantly blew cold air so the space heaters were ineffective at warming up the place. The cold house made family time difficult as it was too cold to do much besides huddle under blankets and watch tv. I think this house is better suited for a summertime stay.
