This home will provide you will your own personal space. Private entrance to this beautiful 2 bed 1 bath. Centrally located between Oakland and San Jose, with San Francisco being only 24 miles away. 7-11 store is conveniently an easy short walking distance from the property!

One bedroom is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, chest drawer, and cute closet. Bedroom two is furnished perfectly for a work space/office, furnished with a comfortable foldable futon. Which can easily be utiliezed as a second bedroom as needed. Smart TV in living room and bedroom with Netflix and Youtube TV included will surely keep you entertained!

Bath and kitchen, which will be furnished with all the essentials.

Newly installed in-unit washer and dryer to easily do your laundry in comfort!

Access to your own private backyard to relax, and enjoy your morning coffee/tea or simply take in the beautiful Bay views.

For your active needs where it is pet friendly with gorgeous views and bountiful outdoor activities such as kayaking, boating, fishing, biking, hiking, or a stroll.
