"Better than expected, the room was well appointed and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with 3 choices of pillows. Unfortunately the mini fridge didn't work in my room, but that wasn't a major issue. I ate dinner in the Grand Pacific restaurant, the food was good but it's quite a loud environment on a Saturday evening. "Only a 1 night business trip, so no time to make full use of the facilities. The staff however were excellent, especially Robin who was on reception when I arrived late in the evening to check in. My reservation had not been properly added to the system and so she was unable to check me in.
