"It was a strange stay, bedding and towels were spotless and fresh towels left on second day. Room was bit shabby but clean. In contrast the bathroom was dated with old cracke dirty tiles and a badly soiled shower curtain.The toilet bowl was clean. As hotel was rated 3 stars and reasonably priced. I wasnt expecting luxury. But cleanliness is paramount. I Staff were pleasant and friendly on check in and check out"

"What a stunning location , looking over water and mountains , the staff was very friendly , food was exceptional , the room was spacious with clean comfortable bed , excellent shower , really would of liked if we could of had a room at the front overlooking the bay , but we had dogs , and only rooms available for dogs was at the rear , but all in all an excellent place for our holiday , many thanks Jeff and Toni "

"My husband and I stayed for 3 nights earlier this month, and it was delightful! The room was immaculate, and the view of the water was lovely. We appreciated the hot water pot for coffee/tea (provided in the room), as well as the mini fridge. The soaking tub was amazing, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, essentially breakfast charcuterie! Cheeses, cold meats, breads, variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, juices, hot beverages, and hard boiled eggs. Ample amount of food...

Walkable to the town centre in 10 mins. Do not expect luxury, just good old fashioned Scottish hospitality in a clean and welcoming home."
