I didn’t like the overall condition of the property. Broken & outdated appliances. Poor & unsafe outside lighting/parking.
Non-functional or broken interior window/door locks, kitchen drawers. The cleaning crew was still there 30 minutes AFTER our check-inn time. Denied early-check inn. Denied late-check out."

"Excellent stay. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make our breakfasts and dinners that we ate at the cabin. The hosts were very responsive and attentive to ensure that we had the best experience possible. WiFi worked great as well. "

"The property felt safe to be in. Communication was great. All my answers were answered right away. The distance from neighbors was a plus. Everything in the cabin worked. Cleaning when we left was minimal. Great location, near shopping, dining, entertainment and best of all to the national park. It could use a few more towels in the bedrooms and landscaping around the house. Overall, a perfect vacation spot for us. "

"This was a lovely home. We have vacationed in previous years in the same area on Bear Cub Way, but at one of the other homes. This vacation and home was much nicer and cleaner. The pool was clean too!! As always, the kids got to say many, many bears without leaving the cabin. Lol. Make sure you lock your car doors and doors to cabin! There were no issues. Next year if we do not choose a location closer to town, we will reserve another date with Serenity Summitt. "
"Property was beautiful. it was perfect for kids with the upstairs loft and pull out beds. The two rooms were roomy as well and the living room area was nice and open. Remember there are bears so lock your cars and the cabin up! But other than that they didn't bother us. "
"Great stay for our family!This place was perfect for our family, had everything we needed and felt super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both clean and such a nice bonus!The only small issue was the inside of the master bedroom window sill had a lot of spider webs, and I'm scared of spiders. Other than that, everything was great and we had an awesome stay. Would definitely come back!"
