"It was pathetic time in the hotel 1. No elevators and stairs were tough with luggage 2. Windows do no have blinds. They open to opposite building windows make it a privacy concern 3. Bed bugs in the bed 4. Toilet was horribly designed. Shower was too tight. A oversized person cannot shower inside. 5. Microwave was missing 6. Bed was in attic and was highly inaccessible 7. Rooms were not cleaned. You can see spider web, dust and hairs 8. Balcony lacked privacy as floor was grill and...

"This hotel is very well located, on the #1 bus line 5 mins from the train station. The hotel receptionist provided us with all the information we needed. The breakfast is excellent. Not so good: Soft beds and lumpy pillows."

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!
