"Communication with the property manager was very timely and the check in instructions were easy to follow and allowed easy entry when we arrived late in the evening. The managers made a point to meet with us in person the next day to answer any questions. The location is PERFECT, right by the trains and gondolas. The home was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Grindelwald!!!"

"I stayed here for a week mid-September and enjoyed every minute. The property is situated on the hill across from downtown… away from the noise. The apartment was very clean and well appointed with everything anyone would need. The sound of the river helps one sleep well. The bus to/from the town and various transportation centers in Grindelwald can be found about 150 feet (50M) from the door. I would definitely stay here again."

"The property is really nice and it is very spacious for the town it's located in. Comparable hotel rooms are much smaller. The maintenance support was great. We had no hot water for a few hours and when notified, the maintenance crew showed up immediately to fix the issue. The instructions could have been better though. "Great place to stay. It was clean and all that was promised in the listing. The location was amazing as it is basically on the side of the mountain it this cute village area. Be sure to make certain the road access from Airlo is open! Google maps will take you up to a snow closed road in the winter. Turning around on this narrow road at night is sketchy. I did get a what’s app message, but it was too late as I already drive up the wrong way. I do appreciate the effort to let me know. ...
