Ferienhaus Sophia warmly welcomes you to Oberperfuss, only 2.5 km from the mountain railways / ski lift. Enjoy a wonderful, unique mountain and valley view at the same time. Parking lots available. The next bus stop is 200m in front of the house, the supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes. Oberperfuss is ideal for numerous sports such as hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking, skiing, winter hikes, horse riding, and much more.

The apartment has 130 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed 180 x 200. In the large living room there is a pull-out couch for 2 more people. A fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove can also be found here. The bathroom has a bathtub with whirlpool function, 1 shower and a toilet. The apartment has a balcony that is accessible from a bedroom and the living room. Breathtaking view of the mountains and the valley included.

Im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Leider gibt es keinen Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen und auch keinen Balkon, wie angegeben. Für 4 Personen wird die Whg dann doch schnell zu klein. In der Küche fehlte der Stöpsel für die Spühle und es gab keine Topfdeckel. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur eine mega helle weiße "OP" Deckenlampe und keine andere gemütlichere Beleuchtung.

Tolle Unterkunft, viel Platz, nette Gastgeber, .... Ein Minus für das Inserat - weil mehr vorhanden war, als im Inserat steht (Handtücher, Bettbezüge, Kücheneinrichtung, ...) Ich würde sofort wieder dort hin!

Wir (2 Erw. + Baby) haben den Kurztrip sehr genossen. Innsbruck ist direkt um die Ecke, die Lage ist schön - ein gemütlicher Kamin ist vorhanden.
