My wife was very displeased with the fact that we adopted a used sponge for the dishes. The stovetop was very uncooperative and took forever to heat up and never heated to a boil for water. There were issues with insects that mainly just bothered my children. We also noticed the light fixture above our bed needed to be cleaned as...

"This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"This is a very unique rental in old town Ettenheim. The town was quiet and beautiful to explore the Prinzengarten, the church on the hill and the other buildings and establishments. The host was very helpful with getting us situated and welcoming us to his Grandmother's house. There is a bathroom on the main floor, dining room kitchen and one bedroom on the next floor.
