"We greatly enjoyed the accommodation. It was well maintained, clean. The shower and bathroom were excellent. The only complaint was that Wi-Fi didn't work upstairs. The grocery store on the first level was quite convenient. Having your own parking spot in the underground garage was a plus. You are in a short walking distance to two lifts."

"We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. Good view of the mountains as it sits opposite on the hill. It is a bit of a walk into town, but we did not mind it. It was really nice to have a walk after dinner! Apartment was clean, simple, but has everything you need. As our visit was in the summer - we did not use the sauna. Be aware the garage is small. We had a van and fortunate not all the spaces were full or we would have trouble getting in/ out. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This property had everything we needed plus books and games. The balcony provided a nice view of the mountainous country side. The house is worth going a few miles off the main roads, it is bright and clean and well-looked after. We would happily stay there again. It has no laundry facilities but a 5 minute drive into the nearest town will solve that problem if laundry needs to be done. "The property was spacious and comfortable and well located for walking into Sonthofen but also with easy access to the wider area by car. Parking did prove to be more of a problem. Stephan was very clear about exactly where we should park so that two cars would fit in the space outside the apartment but on a number of occasions the people staying in the adjoining apartment disregarded the advice and took up both parking spaces. "Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Allgäu. Die Ferienwohnung Alpspitz war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, großzügiges Bad, alles sehr sauber. Einen kleinen Änderungsvorschlag hätten wir. Man konnte die Wohnung kaum abdunkeln. Richtige Jalousien wären toll. So war es mit den Kindern etwas schwierig mit dem Schlafen. "Die Wohnung liegt hervorragend. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Man findet alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen schon in die Jahre ge- kommen. Die alten Möbel machen aber auch den gemütlichen Flair aus. Einziger Nachteil ist die Hellhörigjeit. Man hört die Ober-, beziehungsweise Untermieter schnarchen und auch sämtliche Unterhaltungen.
