"Firstly I received a call from a person from the hotel on the day of arrival that they are overbooked and wanted to offer me other hotel instead. I defined as I wanted to stay there for a good facilities they had. Then we arrived to hotel and most of wellness facilities weren’t working. Only one sauna of 4 was working and all water supply was broken, so after sauna you couldn’t take any cold shower. That was really annoying as we primarily wanted to stay there because of facilities.
