"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"We had three separate stays in this apartment over a period of 13 days. Initially, the access was very confusing and the key safe, once found, was very difficult to open through out our stays. In the first visit, there were major plumbing problems with no water at all for 24 hours. This was attended to by the second visit, but not without multiple text messages with the manager, creating a lot of inconvenience.
