"Such a fun town. Kevin was great with communication prior to check in. Only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't working and that wasn't disclosed to us until checkin, hense the 3* on description. Nicola, the property mgr. was great to accommodate with fans. Location was wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to large grocery store and an easy 10 minute walk to the boardwalk with restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay there again."

"This property has a lot of potential as the location is close to everything. It needs a major remodeling, as all the appliances, furniture, etc are very old. Parking is scarce."

"Check-in was a nightmare! The host needs to prepare a totally new plan to get the guest into the property. Arrangements need to be made upon reserving the property. The host claimed she had sent emails to us a few days before arrival, but we never received them. We were on a cruise to Europe and we never received emails she sent a few days before arrival. Hosts should make all the arrangements at booking and all the hassle can be avoided. Put keypad locks on the doors and give the guest the code...

"Great apartment in a great location. Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. For those with no vehicle, the bus station is a few feet from the apartment complex. For those with vehicles the parking is exceptional. Thanks for a great stay. Jim"

"The view from the balcony is beautiful - and that’s why we stayed here. The apartment is OK - but was fine for our needs. We did not spend much time there as we were out exploring. Some suggestions: - provide instructions for the washing machine. - provide more than 1 roll of toilet paper - provide Wi-Fi connection"

Paul was available if we needed him but we know the area and this apartment is very well located for local bakery/mini-market/cafes and restaurants within 5 minute walk. We enjoyed the restaurant suggestions and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our steamer pot :) The instructions to find the location were very good and your communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back to Nazare we will be rebooking."
