"Helpful front desk, across from train station "

"This is the best hotel we have stayed at so far! The room was definitely spacious especially based on our experience in Japan! Each of the two beds was full size very comfortable for both of us. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. Room was clean and service was attentive. The hotel staff (reception and concierge)were bery polite and tried to be as helpful as they could despite the language barrier. With google translate we were able to accomplish all we wanted. The breakfast buffet had both Japanese items and western stuff, very good. We are extremely pleased with this hotel and their provisions. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again if we come back to Kushiro!"

Les autobus de ville nous amènent aux sites 'Tsurumidai' et 'Centre Akan International' pour voir les grues 'Tsuru' Horaire à vérifier. Information touristique près du pont Nusamai."

"Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay."

"This property is idealy located if the transportation from the AirPort is Important - it is door to door. The staff were very helpful and room was very clean. Not speaking Japanese made it difficult for me at times. For example there are 3 options for breakfast which staff might have explained to me but i did not understand. It did not matter as normally i like to eat outside hotel but the full breakfast on the last night was very good. "
