"The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!"

That said, I would recommend that you rent this with loved ones as privacy is limited because of the indoor design. With no insulation or dry wall every noise is heard throughout the house! I was surprised that basic kitchen supplies weren't included...

There were only two bikes for 9 of us so we ended up renting. There were also not enough beach chairs and some were not in great shape. The fridge in the kitchen needed to be replaced and there were not enough coffee cups and dishes."

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

Solid stay

"Nice big hotel and overall a solid stay. The shower was a bit confusing to operate but once you figure it out its nice and hot. Two great pools inside and out and very clean and the indoor pool was heated. The hotel hosts alot of banquets and shows where the common rental gets lost in a bit. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not cleaned or restocked but was with my Sons so we managed. Only big negative was I wanted to leave a tip for the room cleaners but no one in lobby,bar,food places or starbucks would break a bill to do so. Also for a huge Hilton to not have a microwave in the room but one shared one in the lobby was a bit odd."
