This cottage offers a prime location one block to the Great South Bay, two blocks to the Atlantic Ocean, and within a short walking distance of great restaurants, shops, night clubs, doctor's office, churches, synagogues, art shows, craft fairs, sidewalk sales, and free dock concerts. Seaview is a five-minute walk, Atlantique is a 15-minute walk, and Fire Island Light House is roughly four miles away. The JFK Airport is a 30-minute drive to the Ferry Terminal (the island is only accessible by ferry). Take the Long Island Railroad to Bay Shore, walk five minutes or Uber to the ferry going to Ocean Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance in Ocean Beach, while bicycles and water taxis are available for tourist attractions.

This beach charmer boasts a private outdoor, enclosed space with an extensive deck and a dining area with a gas grill. An enclosed outdoor shower (exclusive to guests staying at the cottage) is ideal for rinsing off after spending the day at the beach. There is also a laundry area with a washer/dryer that is shared with the separate suite. Inside, this air-conditioned cottage enjoys a welcoming, coastal-themed living room with carpeted floors, comfy seating, and a TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Prepare mouth-watering masterpieces and beach snacks on the go in the well-appointed kitchen. This cottage also offers two adult bikes and four beach chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
