Plaza 1011 The Plaza Condominium offers indoor, outdoor & kiddie pools, whirlpool, sauna, oceanfront lounge, and during the summer, an outdoor bar & grill.
This condo can sleep your family of 10. It features a king in the master, 1 double bed and a pyramid bunk (single over double) in bedroom 2, a daybed with a trundle in the den and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property rents Saturday-Saturday.
Plaza charges a $80 cash non-refundable building registration fee upon arrival. This fee covers 2 cars for the week.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
