Guests must register with the front desk upon check-in. From October 29th-March 31st parking is FREE. Apr-Oct 28th, The Quay charges a $50 non-refundable building registration fee which includes parking for 1 car. Second car parking is based on availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis with a price of $10/day or $50/week. This 2nd pass can be purchased at the security desk on the 1st floor. Additional free parking can be found curbside up and down Ocean City. As well as pay to park spots which can be found in the municipal lot on 100th street!
Pool open Memorial - Labor Day. Sometimes earlier or later weather permitting at the discretion of the building. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)
**In-season Apr-Oct 28th $50 registration fee applies to all reservations.

I know that this is a beach home. However I don't expect to see mold, rust in both shower area of the home, and the master bedroom bathroom door makes a very loud noise when opening & closing. Also no face cloths or enough towels to accommodate my schedule party. Also the front desk was no help at all. His only reason for check-in was to get $50.00 for parking on the property. Also because the house is located on the 25th floor. I don't consider that to be a penthouse? Also the steps are very narrow and dangerous.
