Make your summer memories at Capri 902, a lovely, three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo in peaceful North Ocean City. Newly remodeled, this property sits mere steps from the beach at 110th Street - close to shops and restaurants yet still the oasis of tranquility that you're looking for. You'll even enjoy a private balcony with views of the bay and ample space to dine and entertain outdoors. The sun-filled living area is tastefully decorated with many high-end finishes and a large flatscreen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a delight with nice appliances (including a new refrigerator and cabinetry) and an expansive breakfast bar. Additional at-home features include spacious bedrooms and free WiFi.


Walk down to the beach from this direct oceanfront building for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in the gorgeous indoor pool solarium. The Capri has other wonderful amenities as well, including outdoor tennis, indoor basketball, an exercise room, a sauna, a game room, a library, and a personal beach locker. All of this, and you'll be within walking distance of several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater, and the popular Gold Coast Mall.

Things to Know
There is a $75 per week, cash or credit card non-refundable building registration fee due at The Capri, which includes 1 parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week per space.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This place could use some updates....it had a bad smell as you enter the main corridors and as you travel down the hallways to your unit.. the unit was nicely set up and the best was the bed..it was very comfortable.. the front desk staff that we met was very unpleasant however we saw him no more after our check in... It's very inconvenient that they only give you one parking spot and offer additional parking IF it's available for $10 a day which I didn't much care for..

What an absolutely amazing property! The condo is clean, huge, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, the bay views were phenomenal, and everyone in our group (10 months- 40) had a wonderful time. The indoor pool was amazing and the beach is steps away. We truly had the best stay and hope to rent this unit again!

I loved that the place was spacious and accommodating. My family and I loved the amenities that were offered including the indoor heated pool. Although we enjoyed our stay, we did not like that the linen smelled and was dirty. Hopefully, the cleaning crew takes care of these issues as they could turn potential renters away.

Really enjoyed the stay. We need two things I didn’t like was that the drip coffee maker does not really provide enough coffee for eight people and there’s a pullout sofa that’s very comfortable in the living room, but there are no shades or blinds over the slider or windows in that room great location very clean the swimming pool is great

The toilet in the master bedroom wobbles when you sit on it. Also in the master, the lighting is terrible, the blinds are broken, and there’s no mirror. The light over the kitchen sink flickers.

The place was clean and the decor was homey. The only little things I wish were different were in the master bedroom. There is no large mirror, and the fan is super loud!

No issues with the property. Pool and game room were great. But the coordinating instructions for picking up the keys were buried in a sub-tab of the reservation page. There was also an additional $75 fee the building required.

Great views of the Bay
We arrived late and had to drive to the office to pick up keys. Thus wasn't suppose to happen but the lockbox was broken and the keys were not there. Totally annoying but the help number WAS GREAT! We needed to use the number a few times, for questions, all hours of the day, so helpful. The home was clean, lots of towels, and even soaps for bathroom, dishes, and wash machine. Definitely bring more toilet paper, each bathroom only had 1 roll each. The pool and library was nice. The ocean was a short walk away and not crowded when we were there. We took the bus downtown and the bus pick up is right across the street by shopping area and drop off is right in front of the Capri building. Great location, good bay views, clean unit. Will Def come back here for next year's Oceans Calling festival.

Great place to stay
The condo was exactly as the pictures showed except for the bedroom pictures showed a tv in two of the three bedrooms and only the master king size bedroom had a tv. The queen size bedroom also showed a tv but there was not one in it. The location was great for walking to everything you would need to go shopping or walking to a ton of restaurants. Would definitely stay again but the check in process needs to be easier because we got there after the main office closed where you get your key and when I called the main office after hours number they said the key was not n the lockbox on the condo door and it was not there so had to wait till it was brought to me which took some time after the ticket that they put in for you to receive a call back was not put in as a priority. I had to call back after 1/2 hour of waiting to be told it the ticket was not put in as a priority and had to be resubmitted. The problem eas then solved and everything was great after that. Would definitely recommend this property to others !!!!!

Beautiful condo, several things lacking
The unit itself is beautiful, well located but...one major thing stands out. If you want to sleep 8 and use the pull out couch in the living room, that person better have a night mask. There are no window coverings in the main rooms AT ALL. So in the afternoon and evening the sun is blazing in and there is nothing you can do about it. As far as being a "fully" equipped kitchen, plan on bringing or buying everything except a small frying pan and large stock pot and dishes. There is a toaster and coffee maker and that's it. Advertised complete with spices. Nope. No other electronics, no large frying pan. It was a challenge cooking for a family of teens, so much so that we had to purchase extra items. And be prepared. The assigned parking space is under cover and under pipes. My SUV did not fit. They did allow us to park Else where. May I suggest to the owners that some window coverings would be very helpful?

Very Nice Vacation
Capri 902 was a very nice condo. Spacious, clean, easy and great location. The condo building needed some updating but was fine. There were a few nuances with the condo that were inconvenient. First of all, there is NO extra parking. Despite the listing, the staff tell you they rarely ever have extra parking passes. So for a large family, this was tricky to manage. We had to park two vehicles at Gold Coast Mall and go back and forth. Additionally, they have some nuanced rules, like you can’t take your beach equipment back and forth to your condo. Supposedly there are condo lockers but we didn’t have access and they looked small. Their suggestion was to store the equipment in our car but this was already a problem since we all packed into our one car to travel anywhere. All in all, it was manageable but will explore other options before rebooking this site.

Great location, Nice property
We enjoyed our stay! We had plenty of room for six people, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was cleaned well when we arrived. The location was excellent. It had very easy access to the beach, with a short walk to showers to rinse the sand off, the pool, and other amenities. While the twin beds had comforters, the rest of the beds did not. I recommend bringing a few blankets. Also, bring your own beach towels, hand soap, and extra toilet paper (this was all as advertised...but I share in case someone misses the fine print). We'd definitely stay at the same location again!

Annual Family Trip to OCMD
Upon opening the door, you could tell the unit had recently been disinfected. All 3 bedrooms contained high end bedding which is very important. Nothing like an uncomfortable bed. Beach right at the back door. Used rinsing station before entering the indoor pool which was the perfect temp and chloring was not overpowering. Reading previous review, the shower curtain has been replaced with new liner and curtain. We will definitely keep this unit on our list of places to stay.

Beautiful indoor pool and close to the beach
It was off season and cool outside but my kids still loved being steps from the beach. They spent hours in the big indoor pool. The condo was very clean and Vacasa was very responsive when we called and said sheets were missing. They brought us clean pairs within 30 minutes along with new comforters and pillows. The sunset bay view was beautiful. If you are coming with a family, you may want to bring extra beach/pool towels. The combined high efficiency washer dryer is convenient but takes a very long time to do a load. We purchased extras at a close by Walmart.
