Brand new living room reclining sectional couch!!!!! ,80-inch tv, new stainless-steel appliances and fully stocked kitchen. YOUR family is going to enjoy relaxing on the beach and having a drink at our Jungle Bar or dining at the restaurant downstairs. Brand new tiled bathrooms with lots of room for the kids. Watch the sunrise against the waves and relax at this great condo. Don't settle for looking at a parking lot or the roofs, watch the waves 24/7. Family Get Away

Relaxing Stay
I had a wonderful 3 months at the beach thanks to this condo. I came to the beach to relax and unwind. I completed my stay and had a great time. The condo has a wonderful view of the ocean and beach. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quite place to stay.

My first 2 months of stay were a quiet, comfortable stay. So much so, I booked it again for another month. Good location for food and shopping even in the off season. Condo was just as stated with all the amenities listed. Pictures of condo are up to date. The owner Robert was a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing stay
My family and I had an amazing time at Robert's beautiful home. The photos definitely do not do it any justice. The area is perfect for families and the building and condo were very clean and beautifully decorated. Robert was amazing and we would absolutely book again.

This place is amazing! Spacious, perfect location, well maintained.
Everything about this rental was great: check in, condition, amenities, views. There were 4 of us but definitely had room for more. Well equipped, clean, and attractive and comfortable furnishings. We will definitely come back to this place.

Mother's Day - Friends Weekend
Robert, We all want to say thank for the wonderful stay at your cozy condo. We took a friend's mother's day weekend trip to Ocean City and we truly enjoyed the stay. We had all the comforts of home and an amazing view. Your condo is centrally located to many great restaurants and clubs. It was a nice place
This is the first Condo that I've stayed in where they didn't provide clean wash cloths, towels, and sheets for the beds. The place was nice and clean, but smaller than what I expected but we had a good time and the staff/security were pleasant. I really enjoyed the master suite and shower. Plenty of parking upstairs.

Spring Break Vaca
We had a lovely time vacationing in Ocean City with family. The pool was great during this time, since the outside pool is closed and the ocean is to cold to swim, although my youngest gave it her all! Very well stocked kitchen, I just missed some measuring cups and baking sheet which I left mine. The boardwalk was fun and we loved Roses and the Escape Room. Ocean City has a lot to offer, even during off season!

Overall, we had a wonderful time great location, master bedroom and bathroom very nice loved the recliner sofa and the kitchen was nicely supplied A few things I did not like first we had no free parking. I had to pay $65 for five nights. Also, we do not have a locker in the basement. We have stayed at the building before and had access to a locker. Also, do they seem to have done a rush job in cleaning found empty water bottles, and popsicle papers under the furniture along with children’s clothes The last thing I do not feel that being advertises, three bedroom two bath is accurate, and I know it did say that the third bedroom was a den, but it was a pull out in the entrance cannot use the dresser with the bed opened and the closet was Full of beach toys so I had to live out of my suitcase

Unfortunate Experience with Owner
The place was advertised as luxurious. When we arrived, a mirror and frame that must have been on the dresser were laying on the floor with the frame broken. In that same room, just after picking up and clearing the mirror, the closet door fell onto us as we simply opened it to deposit the mirror. The place was reasonably clean, but dirtier than we would expect. The bathroom made loud noises when the toilet was flushed. The reservoir of the coffee maker had mold in it. The unit above was having work done and was loud. The indoor pool was closed (which was a major attraction for us). The linens, we presume from the prior tenant, were balled up and on the floor (my wife actually folded them and put them away). But the kicker, after the stay we get a notification that the landlord is charging us for the mirror and door. We sent a picture that we took of the mirror as soon as we saw it upon arrival, which taken with an Iphone would clearly be timestamped at our arrival. We did not take a picture of the cheap old bifold door that fell immediately from the bracket. We did leave the door propped up against the wall. It was clear that the door was old and had come off before. But the owner wants us to pay for it. Ridiculous. I'm not fixing doors at a place that I'm paying to rent. And after trying to charge us, once we sent the picture of the mirror, he has stopped responding but is still trying to charge us. Very dishonest and now we're wasting time talking to VRBO Corporate.
