If you need more, there is free street parking all around, you'll just need to find it. We are so close to the beach, that during the day parking is hard to come by (hint: if you park a little further away than you are comfortable with, in the evening spaces nearby usually open up).
Bus stop at each north and south block; Bike rentals close by.
(Note: No rentals to groups under 25 years old. Guests are expected to follow all house rules for a comfortable stay.)
Access to the unit requires climbing a flight of stairs.
Situated close to numerous Ocean City attractions, this location offers unbeatable convenience. If you're a fan of the air show, you'll love being on 11th St—the planes use it as their guide to soar over the beach, providing an unparalleled view for spectators. Be sure to secure your spot on the beach early to catch all the action!
**READ ME** We recommend that EVERYONE get trip protection for any unforeseen need to cancel your reservation. This is strictly for your peace of mind! Get a policy that states “coverage/cancellation for any reason.” If you do experience an unforeseen circumstance and the need to cancel is real, you will be RELIEVED you did and you won’t be upset with us. Be upset with yourself, if you don’t get it! You can do a search and use whoever, but we have found the site (travelinsurance) to be affordable and about as simplistic as it can be. They are just a recommendation; we have no affiliation with them. We have a security camera by front door and back door which will be on during your stay. We also have Minut noise monitoring system to prevent parties, damage, neighbor complaints, track temperature and humidity to give you a 5-star experience.
