CONSTRUCTION OCT 2024-APRIL 2025 on pool deck - noise may occur from 7-5 daily.

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private ocean front balcony or from the comfort of living room couch. Our ocean front retreat is an end unit (next to stairway) w/ ocean views, heated pool and tennis court. Conveniently located 88th Street walking distance of many OC's favorites.

The Space:
Sea Terrace is a secured high rise tiered building, located on 88th street of Ocean City Maryland.

Recently remodeled, luxury vinyl planks floors through out, shaker soft close cabinets and granite. New furniture and beautiful decor.

Free WIFI

3 Smart TV and cables available in living room, master bedroom and second bedroom.

Kitchen is stocked with all essential cooking and eating ware. Single K-Cup plus potted coffee machine.

Community HEATED pool requires passes and is including with one parking spot. $10 per day per car, not per person. Resort fee is paid directly to the building office. (Pool info listed below)

Conventionally located on 88th street, the Sea Terrace is within a 10 minute walking distance to all needed conviences.

Other Things to Note:
Sea Terrace is a Non Smoking build. Smoking is prohibited in All Common Areas.

No parking or Resort fee from October 1 until Memorial Day. From MDW to Sept 30, there is a Resort fee of $10/day which includes 1 parking and all pool passes. Additional parking pass is available for purchase $10 per night when available.

Pool is open May 25, 2024 to Sept 29, 2024 9am - 7pm (pool may close early this year with pool deck reconstruction pending)

Ocean City Stay
We stayed at the Sea Terrace Condo & we had a great time. The place is clean, we are very close to the beach - walking distance. The place has a heated pool which we weren’t able to use. Our stay is only 2 days. We drove to the boardwalk which is not too bad. We love the place & we plan to do it again maybe next year. The check in process is easy. It’s 9 of us but the place is big & has enough room for all of us. Thank you!

Excellent place. The unit was clean & we were able to check in earlier than expected. Communication with property manager was great & check in was super simple. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kids loved the heated pool.

Breathtaking View
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The apartment was very well cared for, it was close to the elevator whic made unloadingeasy. We really enjoyed the area, the weather was perfect during our stay. My son said his walks on the beach were amazing, especially the sunrises. My daughter loved the beach as my granddaughter did too, she really enjoyed the beach. Thank you!

Wonderful time at the beach
We had an amazing time at the beach and really enjoyed our stay. The building is in a great location, the pool was great to use and access to the beach was effortless. With regards to the condo, we had no issues and it was so nice for basic necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags) to be provided. We will definitely look to stay again.
