This traditional oceanfront beach condo is just steps away from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. After taking in the sun and sand you can relax on the enclosed balcony and enjoy the perfect ocean view or take a dip in the beautiful shared pool. You will have all the conveniences of home such as a full kitchen and a private washer/dryer.

You will be within walking distance to The Sky Bar, Dead Freddies, and Fager's Island, all offering a delicious dining experience. For a little family fun, try one of the numerous miniature golf courses located all along Coastal Highway or take in a movie at the Fox Theater at Gold Coast Mall. The famous Ocean City Boardwalk features games, rides, and food for everyone. You might go shopping at the Tangier Outlets located in West Ocean City on Rt 50.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

There are cleaner places to stay at
The location, beach and pool were great. The issue I had that will keep me from ever renting this place or any rental managed by Vacasa is simply the lack of cleanliness, I spent an hour cleaning before I could unpack. There was mold in the vents, the bathtub and toilet were so gross and they had dirty utensils, pots, and dishes in the cabinets, the cabinets themselves were dirty, the faucets were covered in grime, the floors weren’t washed, and it smelled musty. We had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies to get the job done, For what is charged as a cleaning fee, maybe they need to find a new cleaning service. I will NOT rent any property managed by Vacasa again

Easy and relaxing
This condo is comfortable and in a great location. The enclosed balcony is lovely and gives lots more space and a perch with a nice view to start your day. Beach access is right there. Walk out of the building and you’re at the dune crossing. Love our stay and would happily stay again

Lovely getaway
The property was dated but well mainfained and clean. The area of the beach was gorgeous. Enjoyed the valcony with the doors where we could sit even if windy, wet or chilly and see the sunrise and beautiful scenery.

Everything was as expected. The unit was clean and met our needs. We would suggest having full sized pillows for the bedroom. Having a dish cloth and paper towels in the kitchen would also be a plus. These were minor inconveniences and did not negatively affect our stay. This is really a great place for couples to stay and reconnect.

The location and view was great. The condo needs a MAJOR remodel. The carpets need to be ripped out and replaced with floors for ease of cleaning. The furniture and appliances are very outdated as well. We had to call maintenance to come and change the shower head which didn’t work so we weren’t able to shower or use the bathtub for the first day we were there. If the place was updated and cleaned up, we’d most likely go back, but if not, we’d look to stay elsewhere.

We liked the view and private balcony. The unit was spacious compared to others. We did not like the carpet, it needs cleaned, badly. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet in the evenings, after showers. The bathroom outlet only works when the switch is on, so we couldn't have a nightlight, which is a big deal with kids.

No frills but it is by the beach
I always stay in this part of ocean city which has a lot of restaurants and is away from the mayhem of the boardwalk. Because I've been coming to OC for decades now, I know what beach properties can consist of. This place does need an upgrade, I do agree with other reviewers. It is clean enough, definitely needs a deep clean though. As others have mentioned it is dated. However, we were there to go to the beach and not stay inside so it wasn't a big deal. The one thing that did irk me was the fact that the only closet in the house was in the bedroom and it was full of cleaning supplies and junk. I managed to use 2 hangers but I couldn't put our bags away and they had to sit out in the way. The patio furniture is also a bit uncomfortable and we were there to sit outside and enjoy the view. This place did not ruin our stay at all but I don't think we'll be returning.

We enjoyed our stay to a point. I purposely booked a place to stay that had a washer and dryer. I had a toddler with me and it was an important thing... however, the washer was broken. To make a long story short, after 2 phone calls and visits by 2 different people to check it, a work order was put in but, we didn't have a washer. Also would not recommend staying on 69th street with anyone who has any trouble walking. The dune was just too much for my 75 yr old mother.

Everything you need, but could use an update.
The view was nice and we had everything we needed in terms of kitchen supplies, towels, etc. only complaint is that everything seems really dated and there was a slight musty smell. My husband and I enjoyed the beach and found a lot of nice shells.
